when you get lemons....

November rain turned into December rain and it's a real mess down here. Our backyard is kind of a swamp. Anna decided to make the best of this opportunity and put her rain boots to good use. 

 She doesn't know how good her mama is for letting her tromp around in the rain and mud.

  I'll be sure to remind her later :)

When we came inside there was literally an inch of water in the bottom of her boots.

 Owie and I watched her shenanigans from a distance and stayed (kind of) dry under the covered porch in the backyard. All in a days work ;)
